Multivariate and Repeated Measures (MRM)
Description
MRM is a MATLAB toolbox designed for the user-friendly specification of repeated-measures and multimodal group-level models of neuroimaging data using the multivariate general linear model (GLM). Features include
Permutation based inference for FWE correction at both the cluster and voxel-level
Automatic peak labelling using a variety of atlases
Cluster size and cluster mass available
Facilities for descriptive linear discriminant analysis after MANOVA
Automatic contrast generation
Tools for result exploration including flexible plotting facilities and parametric assumption testing
Ability to mask analysis for regions of interest
Ability to specify univariate models to make use of the above features without dependent data
MRM is free to download for research use only. If you would like to know more about the software, please contact one of the developers

Requirements
MATLAB 2013a or higher. Some features require the Statistics Toolbox and the Image Processing Toolbox (the core of the software will run without it). A minimum of 4GB of RAM is also recommended.
